Capstone is a class where we have a yearlong project that we use to get out of our comfort zone and work in places where it would benefit us for our possible careers. For my project, I worked under Dana Perkins of TinStar Photography and entered into a TSA competition

Design Process
In our class we were asked to create a design process. This includes a number of steps, and for me I used the mental process of a photoshoot with it.
Define The Problem:
Entering the photoshoot with pre-determined goals in mind
Brainstorm:
In your mind consider all of the angles in correlation to available lighting and camera settings
Research:
Observe your surroundings to find what you can use in the photoshoot environment to your advantage
Build Prototype:
Direct the subject of your photoshoot into a variety of poses with multiple backgrounds to discover the best shots
Test:
Take test shots using a variety of camera settings to determine the best outcome for the situation
Refine:
Review your test shots and take additional photographs while adjusting your previous camera settings to perfect your work
Present and Reflect:
Present the photos you have taken to your client. Take note of their comments and reflect on what you can do better
